Anger is something we all encounter. How often we all anger to trigger hurtful words, or an impulsive act of rage that can cause sever life-changing consequences. Let anger be a red flag – a warning to follow through with Spirit-Control. We cannot avoid anger but we can prepare for it when it arises and respond in a healthy manner which does not leave us feeling shame or guilt. If we slow down during the trail and access our conscious contact with God we can be sure to remain disciplined. It is a choice we ALL have. Choose peace and serenity!
